Tags: #recipe #appetizer # Ham Cheese Ranch Rollups Recipe ## Equipment - Saran Wrap ## Ingredients - Cream Cheese, softened (2 packages) - Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Mix (2 tablespoons or 1 Packet) - Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (1/2 cup) - 5 flour tortillas - Ham, finely chopped (1/2 cup) - Green Onion, chopped (1/2 cup) ## Directions 1. Mix (in a medium bowl): - cream cheese - ranch mix - shredded cheese 2. Spread 1/5 of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla in a 1/4 inch layer. 3. Sprinkle each tortilla with ham, and onion. 4. Roll each tortilla tight to make sure the cream cheese binds the tortilla together. 5. Wrap in Saran Wrap 6. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours until fully chilled. 7. Cut into 1/2 inch wheels and serve.
