# Carrabba's Chicken Bryan Recipe
As best we could tell it is exactly like Carrabba’s. The sauce is a little finicky, so it’s easiest to just cook the chicken entirely before starting to cooking the sauce. It also works great with leftover chicken, just reheat in the air fryer for 5 minutes while sautéing the sauce.
## Equipment
- Teaspoon
- Tablespoon
- Cutting Board
- Knife
- Sauté Pan, 8”
## Ingredients
- Onions, chopped (2 tsp)
- Garlic, chopped (2 tsp)
- Butter, cut into four pieces (4 tbsp)
- White Wine (3 tbsp)
- Lemon Juice (4 tbsp)
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes (10-12 pieces)
- Basil, freshly chopped (1-2 tbsp)
- Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless (8 oz)
- Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper (to taste)
- Goat Cheese (2 oz)
## Directions
### Chicken
1. Season chicken:
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
2. Grill chicken until cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165F.
3. Place goat cheese slice on each side of the breast.
### Lemon Butter Sauce
1. On low heat in a small pan (8”), sauté until onions are soft or sauce starts to brown:
- butter (1 tablespoon)
- chopped onions (2 teaspoons)
- chopped garlic (2 teaspoons)
2. Add and simmer for 10 minutes to reduce (stop if it starts to brown too much):
- white wine (3 tablespoons)
- lemon juice (4 tablespoons)
3. Add butter a tablespoon at a time, stirring until it melts and the mixture emulsifies:
- butter (3 tablespoons)
### Putting it Together
1. Add and slightly increase temperature:
- sun-dried tomatoes
- basil
```ad-warning
Do not overheat or sauce will separate and it will be ruined.
```
1. When done, place chicken on a heated plate and pour sauce over.
